Mr. Hans Lagerhorn
Chairman of the Board of Directors. Hans Lagerhorn, former Chief Fire Officer for the Stockholm Fire and Rescue Department with long experience of Swedish and international rescue. He was previously Managing Director of Fire Engineering Office and Communications Manager at Swedish Fire Protection Association. For a few years Hans Lagerhorn worked for the UN as an expert in Yemen and has also been employed by the government of Bahrain. During his time as assistant fire chief in Stockholm, he was a member of the UN Disaster Assessment and Coordination team, UNDAC.
Mr. Lennart Orkan
Director and CEO, Lennart Orkan holds a Ph.D. and has extensive experience in management or supervisory work. He has been CEO of both SMEs and larger corporations. Lennart Orkan also has extensive experience of board work - as a member or chairman of the European and American companies. Business, organizational and / or financial restructuring has been the core of Lennart Orkan work, both in his executive duties but also as a consultant. In the latter role, he has also been involved in the various reconstructions, etc.
Mr Lars Nylin
Director and COO, Lars Nylin served as a Major in the Swedish Army before he devoted himself to commercial and humanitarian demining technologies and operations. Lars has invented, developed and produced proprietary mine clearance machines such as the HURRICANE, ORACLE, ORACLE II and VMR-91. Lars so far has invented six patented demining related technologies. He has managed over one hundred demining projects during 12 years of Commercial Demining.
Lars has a thorough knowledge and extensive experience from the de-mining sector since the middle of the 1980’s. Previous to his present position Lars had a long Army career with more than four years as the senior R&D engineer for mine clearing/de-mining systems at the Swedish Army Engineering Centre (today called SWEDEC). For more than seven years he was a project manager within The Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) where he developed heavy vehicle-, armour- and logistic systems.
