Mr. Lars Nylin
Managing Director of Countermine plc, Countermine Operations AB and TerraFirma d.o.o.
Mr. Lars Nylin is the founder and Managing Director of Countermine Technologies AB and Countermine Operations Group (including its affiliates Countermine Operations Iraq Ltd and TerraFirma d.o.o.). He is also the founder of Countermine Engineering. Mr. Nylin has invented and successfully developed the proprietary ORACLE technology. Altogether, Mr. Nylin so far has invented six patented technologies.

Mr. Björn Wolrath
Chairman of the Board of Directors and the largest investor in Countermine Technologies AB. He is the former Managing Director of Skandia (1981-1997), a large Swedish insurance company, Chairman of the Swedish Credit Corporation, and member of the Board of Directors of several industrial corporations. In addition, he is a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences.

Air Marshall Sir John Walker 
Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. Sir John is former Chief of Defence Intelligence and Deputy Chairman of the Joint Intelligence Committee at the MoD and until recently was Special Adviser to the House of Commons Defence Committee. He is former MoD Director of Forward Policy (RAF). He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of several corporations. Sir John is a regular commentator on national television, radio, and press and has lectured on mine-warfare.

Mr. Guy Saxton
Non-Executive Director. Mr. Saxton is a Director of the Board of Countermine plc and a leading Corporate Adviser with New World Capital Management which represents Equilateral Limited in The UK. He was previously a Director of Fidelity Brokerage, part of the world’s largest fund management and brokerage firm. Mr Saxton has been involved in the financial sector since 1988 when he started work in the city of London with AXA, the world’s second largest fund manager.

Ms. Diana Wormuth
Non-Executive Director. In addition to a PhD from Yale University, Ms. Wormuth has almost 30 years experience in insurance. Ms. Wormuth led the build-up of Skandia’s market intelligence systems and is today a consultant largely in emerging and transitional markets working with insurance legislation, regulation, and training. She speaks several languages, including Russian and Serbo-Croatian.
